Payment & Prepaid Sessions Policy

All training sessions with JC Elite Coaching Ltd must be paid in full in advance to confirm and secure a booking.

Payment confirms your allocated session time and allows us to plan coaching staff, pitch hire, and session content efficiently. Sessions are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

If payment is not received prior to the scheduled session, the session will not go ahead and may be:

• Rescheduled to a later date, or

• Released to another player

This policy ensures structure, fairness, and respect for coaching time.

This applies to:

• 1-to-1 sessions

• Group sessions

• Block bookings

Automatic Payment Policy

All sessions booked through the JC Elite Coaching Ltd online booking system are prepaid and automatically confirmed at the time of booking.

Payments are taken immediately upon booking to secure the selected time slot and coaching availability.

Once a booking is made:

• Payment is processed instantly

• The session is automatically confirmed

• The time slot is reserved exclusively for the player

Sessions will not go ahead without successful payment. If payment is unsuccessful, the booking will not be confirmed, and the session slot may be released.

This system ensures consistency, efficiency, and professionalism across all JC Elite Coaching services.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice

• The session will be charged in full

• No refund or credit will be issued

This includes:

• Late cancellations

• No-shows

• Missed sessions due to lateness

We strongly encourage players and parents to notify us as early as possible if unable to attend.

This policy applies to all sessions, including individual, group, and block bookings.

Block Booking Payment Policy

All block bookings must be paid in full in advance to confirm and secure sessions.

Payment confirms your place within our schedule and allows us to plan sessions, staffing, and facilities appropriately.

If payment for a block booking is not received in advance:

• Sessions will not be held

• Time slots may be moved or released to other players

Block bookings are only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

This policy ensures fairness, consistency, and respect for both player development and coaching time.
