At JC Elite Coaching Ltd, we value your time and ours. Each session slot is reserved specifically for your child, and late cancellations make it difficult to offer that space to another player. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Standard Cancellations
    •    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any charge.
    •    You may reschedule the session (subject to availability) or receive a full credit towards a future booking.

2. Same-Day Cancellations
    •    Cancellations made on the same day as the session will be charged a cancellation fee in addition to the standard session rate.
    •    This fee covers the lost time, preparation, and administration required for holding the booking slot.
    •    Even if another player is added last minute, the original booking remains your responsibility.

3. No-Shows
    •    Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
    •    Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of future booking privileges.

4. Late Arrivals
    •    Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time or discounts.

5. Exceptions
    •    Exceptions may be made at the coach’s discretion in genuine emergencies, but this cannot be guaranteed.

By booking a session, you agree to this cancellation policy.
